Please pick the description which best describes you in the next two choices.  You are only required to give one choice, but have the option of using the second box to pick an additional choice.  These will be printed on the badge you will be given at the conference to facilitate networking opportunities.

Waiver/Release and Consent Forms

Riverbend Retreat Center requires waiver/release and consent forms for attendees.  Please print out the Riverbend Adult Waiver if you are 18 or older.  Please also print out the Riverbend Family Waiver and complete for minor children that will be attending with you.  Bring completed forms to the conference:  If you are a group leader, use the Riverbend Family Waiver for minor children who will be attending with you.  Please note that links will also be included in your confirmation email if you want to complete later.

    Sabbath Registration To Be Determined

    Meals

    Although you can still order meals online, please be aware that NO Meal Refunds will be issued for any cancellations made after January 11, 2025 midnight (CST)

    Our meals are Vegan. We will use Non-GMO and Organic as far as possible.  Our menu will have Gluten-free friendly options. See Menu HERE

    We are no longer offering on-line purchase of meals.  We will be selling a limited number of meals at the conference during check-in times on Tuesday, January 21 from 3:00-6:00 pm and on Wednesday, January 22 from 7:00-8:00 am.

    The Deadline for signing up for Extra Fee Classes has passed for all except for the Adult Class Introduction to Woodcarving and Kids Class Being Creative with God's Creation.  However, if you would like to be waitlisted in case someone cancels, please contact us at AdAgrA Registration either by email [email protected] or call 832-277-5853.

      ZIPLINE ACTIVITY

      Stretch yourself and feel the rush and great sense of accomplishment of zipping from a 45 foot tower! Height minimum of 48" and weight restrictions of 40-250lbs.  Anyone participating needs to have closed-toed shoes and long hair needs to be pulled back in a low ponytail. Helmet and harness must fit correctly.

      • *Refund Policy:
        -AdAgrA will continue to offer FULL REFUNDS for cancelled registration, lodging, extra-fee classes and Exhibit Tables through DECEMBER 15 (at 11:59pm CST), 2024.
        -LAST DAY to receive full refund for MEALS is JANUARY 11 (at 11:59pm CST), 2025.
        -After DECEMBER 15, 2024 NO refunds will be given for registration. After this date, we will only issue refunds for any lodging and extra-fee classes we are able to sell.
        -AFTER JANUARY 11, 2025, NO refunds will be given for meals.
        -NO EXCEPTIONS to the above, even in the case of illness or weather-related incidents.
        -NO refunds will be processed during the week of the conference. Any refunds owed will be processed within 10 business days after the last day of conference.
