If you are registering more than one person, you will be able to add them after you have registered but before you have to pay.
Deadlines:
10/14/2024-10/31/2024 (11:59 PM CST): Early Bird Registration
11/01/2024-12/15/2024 (11:59 PM CST): Regular Registration
12/15/2024 (11:59 PM CST): Last Day to Sign-up for Extra Fee Classes
12/15/2024 (11:59 PM CST): Last Day to Cancel for full refund of Registration, Lodging, Extra Fee Classes and Exhibit Tables*
12/16/2024: Late Registration Begins and Continues until the start of the Conference
01/11/2025 (11:59 PM CST): Last Day to Cancel Meals for full refund.
*Refund Policy:
- AdAgrA will continue to offer FULL REFUNDS for cancelled registration, lodging, extra-fee classes and Exhibit Tables through DECEMBER 15 (at 11:59pm CST), 2024.
- LAST DAY to receive full refund for MEALS is JANUARY 11 (at 11:59pm CST), 2025.
- After DECEMBER 15, 2024 NO refunds will be given for registration. After this date, we will only issue refunds for any lodging and extra-fee classes we are able to sell.
- AFTER JANUARY 11, 2025, NO refunds will be given for meals.
- NO EXCEPTIONS to the above, even in the case of illness or weather-related incidents.
- NO refunds will be processed during the week of the conference. Any refunds owed will be processed within 10 business days after the last day of conference.
