Please complete the information requested below for each person applying for an invitation letter.  

Please note that this application does not automatically register you for the conference.  To register you must go to the Registration webpage.  Note that Registration will not open until October 14, 2024.

Please upload a letter of recommendation below. This letter must be on Seventh-day Adventist Church letterhead and dated this year and must be submitted upon application to receive a letter of invitation for visa purposes. 

The letter must be signed by the local pastor stating that the attendee is a member of and in good standing with the church. 

Conference/Union/General Conference officials do not need a letter of recommendation, as long as they show/explain that they hold that position. Pastors do need a letter of recommendation signed by a conference or union official.
